Group Overview:
The CTI/IVR Engineering and Support team provides strategic planning, design, engineering and support of the enterprise CTI and IVR infrastructure. The team is dedicated to developing, maintaining and supporting the call routing infrastructure for the enterprise contact centers. The team partners with other business units, subsidiaries, other STech departments, and vendors to integrate and exploit contact center technology.
Responsibilities:
CTI D&E is looking for a senior engineer who will lead the design and engineering of CTI solutions for our business partners. This engineer will perform the following functions; lead the translation of business requirements into functional specifications, design and engineer the CTI infrastructure solution, oversee the production build, work with other STS groups to specify equipment, build the lab environment, lead the testing effort, oversee production implementation.
This position can be based in Denver or Phoenix.
Qualifications:
- Genesys CTI - 3 - 5yrs experience with Genesys (version 6.5 a plus)
- 5 yrs telecommunications experience
- Design and engineering experience with Genesys CTI telephony infrastructure
- Teamwork
- Strong communications skills
